Syrah Excellence

TASTING

Our Syrah, aged ten months in barrels, finds on our soil an original expression favoring an aromatic and lightly style without tannic densities so often encountered with this grape. The vinification and aging preserve the elegance, finesse and aromatic complexity that reveals the wood maturing, without dominating it. Pleasant right now, you can drink it on the fruity and youthful aromas (blackberry coulis, blackcurrant) or keep it in the cellar a few years.

Le Viognier Excellence

Our Viognier has the aromatic exuberance characteristic of this variety when produced in very low yield. It is a fine white wine, fullbody, creamy, very aromatic with floral notes (violets) and fruity (peach, apricot). The roundness on the palate is accompanied by acidity and freshness due to our climate and is extended by an aromatic and persistent finish.

Le Blanc des Pierres

TASTING

Blanc des Pierres wine offers aromatic flavors and a nervous style, in which acidity dominates. It is primarily a thirst quenching wine, perfect as an aperitif or to go along with a fish, shellfish or crustaceans.
Our northern regions allow us to present white wines with remarkable acidity qualities, finesse and elegance without aggressiveness nor greenness. The exotic aromas very present in the nose and on the palate by retro olfaction, have several origins : Viognier which is naturally a very aromatic grape, but especially chardonnay and aligoté grapes which deliver fermentation aromas due to vinification at low temperature.

Le Rouge du Canon

TASTING

The red wine Rouge du Canon comes from the improbable union of three red grape varieties present on the area. It is not common to see them associated. However, they have a singular complementarity in which the gamay and pinot noir bring fruit, suppleness and freshness while the syrah who was aged in the oak barrels brings the structure, color and lot of aromatic complexity. The beautiful deep garnet color with ageing reflects offers to the nose offers a good aromatic complexity dominated by red fruits, licorice and spices. The first palate is frank and harmonious. The wine has good structure, rich in tannins, but softened by roundness and sweetness of barrel aging.
